1. Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please check the size guide and product details carefully before placing your order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
    •    Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
    •    Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

3. Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit:
    •    Contact us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date.
    •    We’ll investigate with the shipping carrier.
    •    If confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.

4. Wrong Address

    •    If the shipping address you provide is incorrect or incomplete, the order may be returned to us.
    •    We can reship the order, but you’ll be responsible for the reshipping cost.

5. Refunds (if applicable)

    •    Refunds are only issued if an order cannot be fulfilled or if an item is defective/damaged and a      replacement is not possible.
    •    Refunds are credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Non-Returnable Items

    •    Gift cards, digital downloads, and sale items are non-refundable.
