2. Shipping Times

• Europe: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–20 business days
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, holidays, or unexpected carrier issues.
3. Shipping Costs
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
• In some cases, promotions may include free shipping (details will be displayed at checkout).
4. International Shipping
• We ship worldwide.
• International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties determined by your country’s regulations. PeyWorld is not responsible for these additional costs.
5. Order Tracking
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
• Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.
6. Split Shipments
Because our products are printed and shipped on demand, your order may arrive in multiple packages at no extra cost to you.
7. Wrong Address & Returned Packages
• If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, the package will be returned to Printful’s facility.
• We can reship the order, but you’ll be responsible for the reshipping cost.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
• If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll work with Printful to resolve the issue.
• If items arrive damaged, send us photos within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
